KCOM
There is nothing as frustrating as having an important file or video you wish to urgently download and the internet speed is moving the process at snail speed. This delay in downloading is caused by the network average speed of your broadband provider. This is measured by network average speed which is the download speed (throughput) that 50% of residential customers can expect to get during “peak time” (8 pm-10 pm). These speed tests are carried out using an independent internet measurement standard that assesses the performance of the broadband package. The estimated range and estimated average speeds are derived from actual access line speeds within the postcode. So how can I get the services of a very high-speed broadband internet service provider and is it available in my area? Well, KCOM is one company that alleges to offer their award-winning real fibre broadband to your area. They claim that it offers a faster, better and more reliable broadband network. But how affordable is the broadband internet network from them? Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund when I notice no remarkable difference from my previous provider? Do they have reviews from those who have used it in the past giving good testimony of the fastness of their products? We cannot provide answers here that can satisfy you but we suggest you read the independent customer reviews of KCOM here to learn more about them.

30-11-2021Superfast plus unlimited
I own a movie shop thus my work entails downloading huge videos for movies. This has been possible because I have been using Superfast plus unlimited, which has allowed me to download so many movies and keep up with the demand of my customers. I have not had issues. The prices are great and the customer support team has been so helpful. However, I have been having problems with the package of late and they seem not to care when I raise a complain. The speed has greatly reduced and keeps on breaking. I have reached out for assistance but am given empty promises. I feel I can continue like this and I need to look for an alternative provider as quickly as possible to keep my business running.
