Horrible Cancellation Process!!
I've used this service twice so far to plan holidays.
On the first occasion, I had problems with the website and had to phone them.
They were incredibly helpful and sorted everything out promptly.
This time though I booked online, did not have any problems at all, did not receive an email confirmation, but did get an email saying that they had canceled my booking.
When I went to rebook it stated there wasn't enough availability.
I think their cancellation policy is horrible and their website is really flaky
I am an experienced travel counselor, however, after the recent incidents, I am losing trust.
I hope this will not continue
