I finally decided that I needed to get a watering system which I did last month. The customer support team came in handy, they were very responsive . All my concerns were addressed. They also processed my order and delivery was really quick. When the watering system arrived, I had no problem installing it. The instructions were very clear and the installation was a snap.This switch is very easy to use. I only have one little plant that I am keeping alive inside for some color during the winter months. It is on a timer, but it still needs watering every other day. So I just plugged the GARDENA Water Distributor into the outlet under my sink where my hose was already connected. .My garden is now watering itself. I have all my plants on timers, so it is nice to not have to worry about forgetting to water them. I really like the product, it is simple to use, efficient, and it has already saved me a lot of time
