Several reviewers tie poor product condition to wasted labour and the cost of replacements. A small number say it was good value when the turf arrived healthy and established quickly. The reviews show a clear split between orders that met expectations and those that needed remedial work.
Customers describe chasing refunds and not being given courier or consignment numbers. Several say pallets arrived broken or that turf was left exposed for too long before laying. Positive ordering or delivery experiences appear only rarely in these reviews.
Many reviews describe turf with POA or leatherjackets, along with patchiness and rolls that died. Others report turf arriving green, biodiverse, and in excellent condition. A few topsoil complaints mention too many stones and poor appearance.
Reviewers say courier details were refused and that they got little warning when deliveries ran into problems. Many report no meaningful follow-up after raising issues. Positive examples of responsive communication are minimal in this sample.
The reviews show a stark contrast between very satisfied customers and severe negative experiences. Most negative accounts focus on service failures and product defects. A minority report satisfactory or excellent product condition.

I am a resident of Buffalo Grove and I wanted to try out the services from the local provider, Rolawn. The company was easy to find and it had a free convenient parking space next to the store. They sold me mulch and bark that I applied in my garden. No weeds for ages after applying it. However, weeds started growing again very badly this spring, actually they are growing more than ever before. They are invading my garden despite using weed killer on them countless times. I am very furious by this since I am losing thousands of dollars every week because of these land mafia! Your products are ineffective.
