I'm not going to award any stars to this film.
I received a hairdryer that does not work, and I have attempted to return the merchandise by sending over 35 emails in an attempt to resolve the situation.
For the past two days, I've been sitting around waiting for Andrew to arrive and pick me up.
First, they were looking for a label, which the customer support agent said to me they would send, but which was never provided despite repeated requests.
The second time, I had a label, but the driver did not show up at the scheduled time.
