We weren't expecting the letter printing on their Baggy slogan prince Nude joggers and black puffer coat to be pealing off and uneven when they arrived, but it was the case.
I got in touch with them and sent them an email requesting that we exchange some information.
Thank goodness the exchange procedure was successful.
It was straightforward, and the customer service was outstanding and respectful throughout the process.
Although the firm is responsible for satisfying all of their client's requirements, it is my pleasure to recommend them because they are nice and helpful in their approach.
And i was able to do an exchange and got what I wanted, this time they were not peeling at all.
God bless you for being such an outstanding customer service person, Christabel.
