Customer service arranged a return and resolved the issue.
“Excellent customer service.”
Reviews indicate recurring problems with stock availability and communication: several customers experienced orders for out‑of‑stock items without timely notification. Product issues were reported too, including a changed splint model with missing padding, straps that are too short for wide feet, and inadequate ankle support in one case. At the same time, a number of reviewers praised customer service when returns or exchanges were needed, and some issues were resolved by staff. Prospective buyers should check current stock status before ordering, confirm sizing and strap length for wide feet, keep photos and records if a product appears changed, and verify the returns policy and delivery expectations in advance.

Bad Services!!
I ordered a watch from Podo Brace online stop this morning and it was sold out, I phoned them and they said they could have it delivered the next day. I then rang back a little later to change my order to a different watch that was in stock and they said no problem. In the afternoon I received an email saying my watch had been shipped. This is all very impressive as I've never ordered from Podo brace before so they could have been totally honest with me from the start and told
I don’t recommend a waste of money.
