Two reviews praise customer support, citing smooth returns and helpful staff. One review reports an order that was mishandled, despite other positive comments. Overall, experiences range from quick fixes to an isolated operational mistake.
Value complaints focus on unexpected extra costs linked to delivery and stock issues. One reviewer reports an out-of-pocket loss of more than fifty pounds. Another calls the purchase a waste of money.
Reviewers describe specific fit and comfort issues, including a night-splint strap that is too short for wider feet. One notes a redesign that removed padding and made a bunion more painful. These points relate to how wearable the supports are during day and night use.
A few reviews mention defects or changes that made the product worse. The clearest example is a newer model with a harder strap that irritated a bunion. Other comments focus more on sizing and strap length than on manufacturing faults.
Several reviewers say the listed stock status was wrong and that next-day shipping did not happen. They also describe no early warning about out-of-stock items or dispatch delays. The complaints centre on inventory updates and delivery timing.
Reviews split between very positive support experiences and low ratings tied to delivery problems or poor fit. Some customers highlight strong help from support, while others describe clear fulfilment and product issues. Overall, satisfaction hinges on support outcomes versus shipping and fit problems.

Bad Services!!
I ordered a watch from Podo Brace online stop this morning and it was sold out, I phoned them and they said they could have it delivered the next day. I then rang back a little later to change my order to a different watch that was in stock and they said no problem. In the afternoon I received an email saying my watch had been shipped. This is all very impressive as I've never ordered from Podo brace before so they could have been totally honest with me from the start and told
I don’t recommend a waste of money.
