I have shopped from different stores where returning an item was not an issue. After I ordered some bras and pyjamas from Myla, I had confidence that if they had issues, the return process would also be simple . However, this was not the case. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. During the ordering process, I was so categorical on the sizes and colors of my pyjamas. On delivery which was fast, they had packed something else. Different sizes and colors as well. This was disappointing. I started the return process but it proved difficult. I was frustrated until I decided to give out the pyjamas and let go. Never again will I shop from them.
