As a first timer in online shopping, I was somehow worried but I decided to take a chance. All I wanted was a personalized gift for my mum. I had no difficulties placing the order through their site. The salesperson was also polite in answering all my questions. After choosing the design and everything else, my confidence increased but was very eager to see the bracelets. When I was to receive the package, no one showed up. It got me worried and immediately contacted the company and was assured the delivery guy would be at my doorstep the next day early in the morning and true to this, it is him who woke me up. The bracelet was packed in a beautiful box, it was skillfully designed and my mum was very impressed.
