Product is high quality and affordable but customer communication is poor.
“The company, however, has really terrible customer support and communication is quite bad.”
Most reviews focus on fulfilment breaking down. Customers often say deliveries stopped while payments kept going, and replacement parts no longer turned up. A smaller number mention damaged pieces and ask for replacement bases or mounts.
Many complaints point to preorder and subscription payments that couldn’t be recovered, followed by no delivery. Several customers say they lost substantial sums and tried for refunds or swaps that never arrived. Only a few mention the value as acceptable.
Customers say they couldn’t finish builds because issues and parts never came. Many describe repeated attempts to contact the company without getting a useful reply. A few received the first issues before service stopped.
Some positive notes on quality appear, but they are limited; one reviewer calls the products high quality and affordable. A few others report parts breaking and ask for replacements. Even so, product praise is outweighed by complaints about delivery and support.
Communication problems sit at the centre of many reviews. Customers describe getting no notice about the administration, having emails and calls ignored, and losing contact after paying. Even people who like the products call the customer support "terrible".
Overall, reviews split between liking the products and describing major operational failures. Most negative accounts focus on delivery breakdowns, missing parts, and payments that weren’t recovered. Positive experiences appear in only a handful of reviews and don’t shift the main pattern.

I am a big fan of The Expanse TV series and always wanted to have the amazing spaceship, Rocinante. I searched for a company that would be an affordable way to purchase it and found the right shop. It was really hard to believe that I could own it with such an affordable price!I love it. It also has a rather good guide book along with it. The look of the model ship seems to be pretty cool. The product itself is very good. The company, however, has really terrible customer support and communication is quite bad. I slightly recommend the company to future customers!
