Product is high quality and affordable but customer communication is poor.
“The company, however, has really terrible customer support and communication is quite bad.”
Across the supplied reviews, the dominant pattern is service breakdowns: many customers report unfulfilled orders, recurring charges or lost prepayments, and little or no reply from support. Some reviewers note that when items did arrive they were of acceptable quality, but missing or damaged parts and interrupted instalment deliveries left builds incomplete. Several reviewers specifically mention the company entering administration and no formal notice or refund process. Consumers considering Eaglemoss products should check payment protections (card disputes or chargebacks), avoid paying large upfront sums for long-running subscriptions, and seek alternatives or retailers able to sell complete sets if continuing a collection is important.

I am a big fan of The Expanse TV series and always wanted to have the amazing spaceship, Rocinante. I searched for a company that would be an affordable way to purchase it and found the right shop. It was really hard to believe that I could own it with such an affordable price!I love it. It also has a rather good guide book along with it. The look of the model ship seems to be pretty cool. The product itself is very good. The company, however, has really terrible customer support and communication is quite bad. I slightly recommend the company to future customers!
