The quality of the watch was commensurate with the price tag on it.
After discovering that the watch's band was far too short, I contacted customer service.
They informed me that they do not offer additional straps and that the only alternative available to me was to purchase a complete Watch in my size and remove a strap.
Extra bands should be available for purchase, I believe, just to be on the safe side.
The fact that I'm expected to purchase a whole watch only to utilize one strap is an open insult in this day and age of environmental consciousness and concern for the earth.
