Had booked a land rover to have a trip with my family but due to an avoidable circumstances, our trip was postponed and we had to cancel the booking. In the website, they claim that cancellation is as simple as pressing a button but it was like climbing a mountain. The customer support team were unreachable, the cancellation was not possible on the website. It took us almost two weeks to get fully refunded. Book with easy Rent Cars but hope there will be no cause for cancellation.
