I purchased the NordicTrack VR21 Recumbent Bike. Delivery was great. I assembled the bike in 2 days. The shortcomings of this machine are many. The left pedal in my case is inoperable, in that it does not move in any direction unless you lift it up with your foot or hand and set it down again where it wants to go. At that point the force will move it forward about 1 inch then stop even when peddles are turning very quickly. Left brake pad does not work at all, simply will not release at any level unless I use both hands to push the lever off. There is nothing like a refund to them despite the bad shape of the bike. I feel disgusted with the company.
