How a company page is built
For each company, we show recurring points from reviews, with source references and as-of date. Below we explain how this is put together.
1. Sources
We use reviews from external sources such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
For each company, we state which sources were used and up to which as-of date reviews were included.
2. Selection of substantive reviews
Short or low-information reviews are usually not included in the summary.
The source remains leading; via the listed platforms you can view the full review context.
3. Thematic grouping
Reviews are grouped by topic, such as customer service, delivery, price, returns, or product quality.
This makes recurring points visible per theme.
4. Summary
For each theme, we describe what reviewers often mention.
We aim to preserve the meaning of reviews and include examples with source references where possible.
5. As-of date and updates
On each company page we show:
- the sources used
- the as-of date (up to when reviews are included)
- the update date
Company influence
Companies cannot change the content of a company page.
- Removal of reviews on external platforms is handled by the respective source.
- We do not sell reputation upgrades or paid placements.
- Companies cannot rewrite summaries.
Summaries are based on the listed sources. Sources and as-of date are always shown.
Automation
Automation is used for clustering and summarising reviews.
We do not generate reviews. We process only reviews from the listed sources.
We run quality checks and improve pages based on feedback and periodic reviews.
