I contacted Attraction Tickets Direct for an urgent request to get a ticket to the Eiffel Tower. I was last minute trying to get this for my wife on our anniversary. This is what they told me, "I will definitely help you out with your request. Unfortunately, I do not know if I can provide you with exactly what you are looking for. We are general ticketing service providers who work with general tickets to various attractions including the Eiffel Tower." From there the calls went unanswered and no one came to my help. I tried in the next hour and it was the same thing. I feel betrayed since I trusted your services so much!
