Swift delivery, fantastic quality, and luxuriously wrapped gift flasks.
“Swift delivery. Fantastic quality.”
Some customers say shipping is quick and the products are beautifully made. Many reviews, though, describe items arriving damaged or cracked. Buyers also report long delays, cancelled orders, and customer service that doesn’t respond. Problems with the website and returns come up repeatedly as well.

Purchasing was smooth, delivery fast, and product quality beautiful.

A €1,000 order repeatedly delayed and customer service ghosted them.
“They keep on ghosting.”
Bone china arrived broken and plates later started randomly cracking.
“pure crap, badly shipped, with no customer support.”
Several reviews mention fast fulfilment, with deliveries arriving within days. Many others describe extended fulfilment breakdowns, cancelled orders, and missing parcels that led to disputes or were not resolved in time.
Some reviews question the pricing and where goods are made, describing items as overpriced and produced abroad. These value concerns show up less often than service and communication issues, but they appear in multiple accounts.
Customers frequently point to a clunky website, including broken contact forms and product listings that are hard to follow. Reviews also mention missing dimensions, images that don’t match the product, and returns that feel difficult.
Many reviews describe physical issues: items arriving damaged, plates breaking in transit, cracking during normal use, and packaging that arrives dirty. Others praise the finish quality and say breakage guarantees work well, pointing to mixed experiences with durability.
Many customers say support doesn’t respond, emails get no reply, and refunds remain unpaid. Several describe reaching out repeatedly and still not getting a meaningful answer.
Reviews split between people who report quick delivery and attractive products, and those who describe damage, delays, and weak support. Many accounts are strongly negative, with fewer positive ones, leaving a polarised overall picture.

The quality of the dinner set is so terrible that I wouldn't even offer it to my dog.
