"Hampton and Astley is a company that provides attractive and stylish linen. I found them while searching for shopping in internet. They had many varieties in their products. I bought an Egyptian Cotton bed sheet there. The bedsheets are of good quality, soft and comfortable. However the customer care agent on the phone was very careless in his talks with me when I called there to solve some queries regarding my order delivery date. He waited until my anger was reduced then kept talking as if nothing had happened earlier. Even though the products are quality, they should know how to address customers.
