"I have just received my 4th replacement for the High Gloss Dining set I ordered from Great Furniture Trading Company. The table was totally different from the one in their online store picture. So I had to make a return. Each time I am told it will be final, but I always receive a faulty table first. Last time I had to go through customs as they were unsure which table was faulty, so they had to check both. their staff have now said that if I have another replacement, they will charge me import tax on the new table - this is an ongoing joke!! Stay away from this company, and there are many better companies out there who care."
