"I'm sorry, but I can't recommend shopping at Gabions24.com. I ordered two gabions without being told they were out of stock so I couldn't get them within a week as promised by the online shopping promo. Since then, I've emailed three times, left two messages with customer service, and chatted twice; yet no one has gotten back to me at all. Since the gabions are too expensive to return, my only option is to sell them and lose the cost. Also, the gabions were poorly built so they're not very stable and they show rust on the inside. I don’t want to associate with any company any day. I don’t recommend!

Conclusion
The single provided review reports multiple issues: an order shown as available but out of stock, a promised one‑week delivery not met, and repeated unanswered contact attempts. The customer also reports product defects—poor build quality and internal rust—and expects to incur a financial loss if reselling rather than returning. Because this is one review only, it signals areas to check rather than definitive company performance: confirm current stock and lead times, verify returns and warranty conditions, and ask about corrosion resistance before purchase. Inspect items on delivery and document any defects immediately if you proceed.
