I love creative and craft magazines. Create and Craft It has an excellent range of craft items for brilliant prices. The magazine itself is very informative and is perfect for someone who enjoys crafts. I ordered two different sets of cutting dies for my silhouette machine, they arrived nicely packaged in protective packaging, One of the sets did not work, I contacted customer care straight away with an email explaining that the set of dies was faulty. Within the hour I had received a call from creative and craft outlining how to return, send pictures of the confirmation email receipt of the return to them. They sent me a replacement set right away with no problems at all so easy to use.
