"I was promised that when I bought 50 Argus classroom seats, they would be delivered on November 23rd.
Following that, I received a confirmation email informing me of the delay caused by Covid.
But will be delivered on the 26th.
By the 26th, nothing had been delivered, and I called the company, who informed me that the crew had fallen behind by three days and that they would send me an email advising me when my item will be delivered.
I never received an email or a telephone call.
When I contacted again, I was informed that the supplier issue had been resolved.
And never to call them again. That I’m a stubborn client.
I would not utilize this firm again.
