Little did I know I was getting into more serious and bigger problems. I had an accident last month and I have been following them without success. The process is daunting, with too much paperwork and no customer service support. There is no one to respond to my questions. I have already wasted enough time seeking compensation to the point of giving up. Today I called again and they promised to look at my issue as fast as possible. I hope they will.
