I have never felt like I've been ripped off and have always been happy with the cover provided. Recently I bought the single trip travel insurance and the online process was quick and easy to complete and the policy documents were emailed to me almost instantly. The price was good and I will be buying my travel insurance from them next year. I’m actually thinking of upgrading to annual travel insurance since I travel a lot and I found them reliable.
