Many reviews mention quick claim handling and staff who moved claims along efficiently. Other accounts describe stressful or drawn-out claims that ended in denial. Reviews show a mix of smooth payouts and cases slowed by lengthy administration.
Several reviewers call the price good value when they did not need to claim. Repeated complaints point to very small cancellation refunds and low rebate amounts after months of cover. These refund experiences come up across independent cancellations and keep value a recurring concern.
Some customers describe fast, simple onboarding when staff set things up by phone. Others report a poor buying journey: no confirmation after paying, discount quotes they say were misleading, and being pushed into phone contact when asking for a quote. Together, these accounts suggest uneven experiences across quoting, purchase, and support.
No reviews directly assess product build, features, or long-term reliability. Most comments stay on policy administration, claims, and refunds rather than technical product details. As a result, product-level feedback remains minimal in this set.
Communication issues show up often and lead this topic. Reviewers mention missing confirmations, trouble reaching support, unsolicited calls after getting a quote, and discount messaging they say was misleading. Positive notes on communication appear, but far less often than the complaints.
Overall sentiment splits between strong satisfaction with claim outcomes and strong criticism of refunds and customer contact. Higher-rated reviews describe quick payouts and helpful handlers. Lower-rated reviews focus on admin problems, poor contact, and small refunds.

It helped me greatly when I got in an accident. I had my car insurance through a different provider and the car was not insured for damage by other parties. The insurance company told me that since the damage to my car was above deductible, I'd have to pay for it myself. They also said I must file claims with everyone at fault, which would have been three people. Needless to say, it was getting complicated and lengthy to handle. By the time my claim went through, there was nothing left of my car and I wouldn't buy it. I wouldn’t recommend it anytime to anyone ever.
