"I have used this company for the last 3 years. I have had to file two claims, both of which were processed quickly and efficiently. I had no issues with the first claim, but unfortunately I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. I had a car accident at the end of April, and I was insured under 5 Star Warranties . It took them about 2 months to process my claim which was disappointing but they kept me updated all throughout the process. When they were done with the paperwork and assessment, they were really great about paying the compensation and I was satisfied."
