“Professionally boxed, ingredients always there”
Customers regularly praise Bakedin’s recipe boxes and baking kits for including everything needed, with clear instructions and a family-friendly setup. Several reviewers point to gluten-free options and dependable bakeware. A group of reviews says subscriptions stopped and deliveries were not completed after the company entered administration. Many of those customers report refund requests left unresolved and follow-up communication that did not happen.

Several low-star reviews describe subscriptions ending early and paid deliveries not arriving. Some customers report duplicate shipments or receiving only one month of a multi-month plan. Positive service notes appear elsewhere, but far less often than fulfilment complaints.
High-rated reviews highlight good value from generous fillings, complete ingredient kits, and reusable bakeware. Low-rated reviews say paid subscriptions delivered no usable service and no refunds, removing any value for those customers. Reviews therefore include both strong value praise and clear claims of lost value.
Many reviewers call the kits easy to use, suitable for children, and fun as a monthly baking activity. Several mention the community aspect and creative recipe ideas. Only a small number link a poor experience to subscription or delivery failures rather than the kit design.
Five-star reviews often mention neat packaging, complete ingredients, and bakes that taste good. Multiple reviews specifically praise gluten-free items and non-stick bakeware. One mid-range bakeware rating appears, but most product feedback is positive.
Some reviewers say the company did not contact them directly about entering administration or receivership. Several customers report no replies to questions about refunds or order status. A few reviews still describe helpful staff, but communication problems stand out in the low ratings.
Reviews split between strong praise for product quality and the community, and serious complaints about subscription fulfilment and communication. That contrast creates a clear divide in customer outcomes. People who received and used the kits report high satisfaction, while those affected by the administration describe ongoing unresolved issues.

I am really happy with my purchase. I bought the Bakedin Baking and Cake Decorating Bundle and I'm not disappointed. It not only saves me time, but the quality is incredible. The tools are better than other brands I've used before and it's easy to clean up and the prices are reasonable.. Have been using their products for a few months now and I'm having fun cutting, baking and decorating cakes. I was using cheap bakeware before and it was bad. I could hardly bake anything on them. With Bakedin Bakeware, I can make anything I want on them, without worrying about it sticking or burning. It is non-stick and the food slides right out of them.
