Great quality, nice design from Descente Hana Down Ski jacket from Wintersport - store. But I can't forgive the slightly shorter than listed sleeve length (I'm 6'3" and it fits me perfectly, maybe a 1/2 inch shorter than listed). I ordered a large and I got a medium without any explanation. I'm sending it back and ordering another large one. Here's hoping that this time it will be what was advertised on the site. I don’t want to hear about anything else from the company but a replacement or a full-refund. I’m not forgiving the staff for messing around with my order and messing up my plans to wear the jacket!
