Customer service is atrocious.
Their online shop has to be the most unwelcoming location I've ever encountered when shopping for golf equipment.
I've left the store twice already. The first time was after ordering a MIZUNO M. craft potter #5 Gunmetal and receiving no assistance from their customer service.
I asked questions, but they were never answered; I just assumed that it was because it was Saturday since it was a mystery.
The second time, a couple of weeks later, I wanted 2 pairs of Adidas 2021 go-to 5 pocket short CBrown, but this time it was on Monday and no one responded, exactly like the first time.
It took me completely by surprise; I had to leave immediately.
