Poor Services!!
I ordered 2 Electric moped scooters from Electric Rider’s company. it took 4 weeks to get to my home in Canada. Their customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I asked for a full refund and they said no, I asked them to pay to ship back and they said no. I only received one bike . They wouldn't give me a number to talk to a supervisor or manager
They wanted me to ship the bike back at my cost which would have been over $500.+. After fighting with them for over a week I finally got my money back for the Scouter that was never sent.
