Good value with first-class tracking and on-time delivery.
“Value for money 1st class tracking service delivered on time”
Many reviewers mention fast, on-time delivery, clear tracking, and a booking site that’s easy to use. Several also say parcels were left in safe spots and collections happened quickly. Another group reports major problems: missed collections, late or lost parcels, damaged items, and refunds being challenged. More than one review also points to missing labels, gaps in customs details, and support that is slow to respond.

“Reliable website - easy to navigate.”
Promised delivery missed, no tracking, no refund, causing loss and distress.
“they have refused to provide tracking information, customs contact details, or a refund.”
Parcel arrived two weeks late and was smashed, claim denied.
“Rubbish service two week late delivering parcel then when delivered all smashed up”
Many accounts describe collections happening promptly, with couriers delivering on time or even early. Repeated complaints describe booked collections where no one turned up, deliveries sent to the wrong address, and long delays that sometimes end with parcels lost. Reviews in the negative cluster also often mention same-day collections that didn’t happen and refunds that were refused.
Many customers point to competitive international pricing and say it feels like good value, backed up by reliable tracking. A smaller set report surprise return charges, being billed twice, or getting refunds reduced because some fees were kept. These billing disputes show up less often than complaints about delivery issues and damage.
Users often describe the booking process as simple, the app as clear, and the whole job finished in minutes. Several reviews say the courier comparison tools help and that creating labels is easy. Others report that labels never arrived or the system wouldn’t generate them, which then led to cancellations or refunds.
Many reviewers say parcels arrived in good condition, packed well and left safely in porches or the places requested. A separate negative cluster reports items smashed, tampered with, missing, or damaged at depots. Several of these complaints also mention insurance and compensation claims being declined or disputed.
Positive comments focus on accurate tracking, step-by-step updates, and proof of delivery. Negative reports mention missing or delayed labels, customs paperwork not included, and couriers repeatedly asking for extra payment. A number of customers also say they struggled to reach support to sort these problems out.
Reviews split sharply between many five-star stories of hassle-free delivery and a strong set of one-star accounts describing major failures. Long-term users describe steady reliability, while others report serious losses, refunds refused, or claims left unresolved. That gap shapes how people view the service overall.

I'm writing this review because things are not working out properly with Parcel2Go. I wanted a small package to be sent overseas to my sister. She lives 6,000 miles away and it's hard for me to travel there, so I was planning on sending her something inexpensive – it only cost me a dollar or two. She's my only sibling, so we're pretty close — it would have been a special surprise for her. I am super disappointed with parcel2go services. It delayed with the parcel for over 2 months and now it is lost somewhere in transit and parcel2go doesn't want to give me compensation. I think you should know about their services and how slow they are. If you can create a negative review or blogpost about them that will be nice, in the hope to prevent new clients from being scammed by this company.
