Parcel delivered early and arrived in good condition.
“Parcel delivered ahead of schedule UK-USA”
Reviews show Parcel2Go is widely used for quick online comparisons and straightforward booking—many customers praise the website/app and competitive prices. However, the review set also contains repeated reports of delivery failures, missed collections, billing disputes (including extra carrier charges) and difficulties obtaining refunds. Several reviewers mention operational issues such as missing labels, QR code problems or limited large-item locker availability, and others note successful carrier communications via WhatsApp. Consumers should check carrier terms, confirm label/QR receipt before drop-off, keep documentation of payments and tracking, and consider tracked or insured services for valuable items.

I'm writing this review because things are not working out properly with Parcel2Go. I wanted a small package to be sent overseas to my sister. She lives 6,000 miles away and it's hard for me to travel there, so I was planning on sending her something inexpensive – it only cost me a dollar or two. She's my only sibling, so we're pretty close — it would have been a special surprise for her. I am super disappointed with parcel2go services. It delayed with the parcel for over 2 months and now it is lost somewhere in transit and parcel2go doesn't want to give me compensation. I think you should know about their services and how slow they are. If you can create a negative review or blogpost about them that will be nice, in the hope to prevent new clients from being scammed by this company.
