I received Signature Name necklace as a gift, and was less than impressed. I had asked for the face to be looking forward, but it was sideways, and made no kind of sense. The overall design was crooked. Online, the picture looks different than it does in person; much better. Then the chain comes off easily if you try to wear it. All i have to say is the company doesn't pay attention to what you ask for. They do not have professional customer service. What they do is just to do and that's it and that's why you can complain and say that "I'm not happy with my product". Personally, I wouldn't recommend getting this necklace.
