It was the most stressful and horrible experience we had. My sisters and I wanted to take a trip together for Christmas and we had planned everything. It was our first time traveling internationally by ourselves and we were excited. We spent all our money on this trip and we were really looking forward to it. Everything went wrong from the start, they delayed our flights due to weather conditions, and then they lost our luggage. We thought that was the worst travel agency we have ever dealt with. We complained to the customer care service rep, he was apologetic and promised to search for the luggage. After a few days, it was found and delivered to us.
