Agency handled an urgent flight change quickly and professionally the same evening.
“extremely fast, professional, detailed, and tailored to our situation”

“Very good functioning website and competitive price”
Many reviewers describe bookings that weren’t recognised, were cancelled for technical reasons, or came with incorrect ticket details. Many say money was taken but no tickets arrived, and that refunds were delayed or refused. A smaller group reports quick, responsive agents who handled urgent changes the same evening.
Many reports mention low advertised fares that rise at the final payment step or after entering passenger details. Complaints often point to management, processing, and change fees as surprise add-ons. A minority say the site offered genuinely competitive prices with fast service.
Reviews describe two very different experiences with the booking process. Some mention missing confirmation buttons or sudden price jumps at checkout that stopped them from finishing. Others say the site worked smoothly, synced quickly with airline apps, and sent booking confirmations right away.
Few reviewers comment directly on the travel products. When they do, flights and hotel stays are often described as trouble-free. A handful mention cancellations, incorrect voucher dates, or ticketing errors linked to the booking.
Several reviewers say their calls and emails got no reply and that confirmation messages never came. Some describe rude or unhelpful responses when asking for changes or refunds. At the same time, others praise clear, fast replies from specific agents.
Overall, reviews swing between severe problems with billing and support and occasional reports of smooth, efficient service. Most outcomes fall into one of two patterns: a seamless booking with quick help, or a disruptive failure around charges or customer service. This divide shows up in both high and low ratings.

Our first time to travel to Miami was facilitated by Lol.travel. Working under a tight schedule, i don't have time for booking and reserving a hotel where we would spend our holiday. They made everything hassle free for us. I just visited their site, identified the destination and immediately contacted customer care. They were very helpful. They gave us options of better places and that's how we settled for Miami. They booked the flight, a hotel and made sure everything was well catered for. On the travel day, we don't have problems. We arrived safely and on time to our hotel room. It was spectacular. Well decorated rooms and they served very tasty meals. We also used their car rental services which were very affordable. Our trip was exceptional, my wife and son talk about it everyday.
They charged an unexpected extra $1000 and were rude.
“They do not inform you they will charge you another extra $1000 for no reason when you book.”
They do not respond to calls and fail to resolve problems.
“Scam scam they will not return phone calls, or resolve problems when they occur.”
They booked the wrong room and offered only a 50 AUD credit.
“They admit that they have made a mistake on their end and offer you a pathetic 50aud credit.”
