I was facing a problem when I wanted to pay my rent through my debit card. It took me a long time to find the right number to call in order to do that. I said this is ridiculous. My husband was close to using his credit or debit card when I told him about what was going on. I even went to the office and have been trying to pay my rent at Post Office National Payments for hours now. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and still no response. This service has been getting worse every day. Let's try this again tomorrow, if there are any problems please email me first so I can take care of them first thing in the morning, that is what i was told after waiting for long. I hate the delayed services.
