Many reviewers describe quick, helpful support for account and technical issues. Others report billing problems that were not resolved and say refunds were hard to obtain after unwanted charges.
Several customers call the subscription fairly priced and good value for homeschooling and revision. A smaller group says it feels less worthwhile when automated assignment suggestions miss the mark or when billing starts again during a paused subscription.
Parents and children often say it is easy to set up, straightforward to use, and helpful for monitoring progress. Some reviews point to repeated topics, limited search, and unwanted auto-assigned tasks as sources of friction.
Several reviews mention a broad range of lessons, clear explanations before questions, and useful worked solutions. Multiple customers also report awkwardly worded questions, answers marked incorrectly, and occasional 'teacher explanations' that are inaccurate.
Many users like the weekly progress emails and reports that recap scores and highlight areas to improve. Repeated negative comments focus on missing billing reminders, unexpected auto-renewals, and payments taken after subscriptions were paused.
Long-term users describe using it daily, feeling more confident, and finding it a good fit for home education. At the same time, a clear set of low ratings focuses on billing errors, glitches, and marking problems, splitting overall satisfaction.

My son was in the bottom of his Math and English class when we discovered Edplace. He was not interested at all in math, but after he started attending several online classes he has made huge improvements in his writing, math skills, and has learned the importance of being accountable for his actions. He enjoys going to school every day. This is an excellent online learning environment for students that need some extra help in different areas of the curriculum. As a parent I am so impressed to see him so motivated and eager to learn. Thank you for the great courses at competitive prices. The package is awesome!
