If you want to return an item, you will only receive your refund once CSD has received your item and verified that it complies with the returns policy. You will then receive your refund through your original payment method. You may receive an additional 10% bonus for your returned items' value if you qualify. This 10% bonus will be transferred as CSD credit and automatically apply at the checkout the next time you shop with them. You will not be refunded the shipping costs for returning the item. CSD uses carbon-neutral shipping when delivering all their orders. Once your order has been placed, you will receive it within two business days or the next day if placed before midday. This only applies to orders placed in the UK. For international orders, shipping will take between 3-4 business days. Shipping to the UK is free of charge.
