I purchased two Emerald Home Darcey chairs from Woods Furniture Store company, Their customer service is excellent. I love the chair is so comfortable, I sit in it for many hours without any back pain. And I also love the discounted soft pillow that comes with the chair. The customer service is great too because I had a slight issue with the shipping, but one email to the company and was immediately corrected. I love their quick response to emails and phone calls I would recommend these chairs to anyone who wants a modern cozy sitting room look.
