I ordered an excellent quadrant shower enclosure bathroom set from Wholesale Domestics.
Customer service is lacking, and there is no communication.
No delivery has been made 60 days after the order was placed.
As a result of my inability to get in touch with customer service, I have filed a dispute through my credit card company, despite numerous emails that were never responded to and phone calls that were promised but never delivered.
I will be claiming my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a breach of contract and filing a complaint with the appropriate trading standards agency.
The long list of comparable complaints listed below attests to the existence of a serious problem with this company.
