Customer Service is atrocious.

While I am pleased with the products I received, there should have been 3 deliveries, but I only received 2.

I've been following them with multiple emails and online chat sessions for over a week with no success.

The customer service is atrocious.

There is no means to contact anyone to speak with, and you are repeatedly fobbed off with no resolution.

They have $200 of my money for items I haven't received, and I can't get anyone to take it.

As this company is in shambles, I am now looking to approach Fair Trading NSW.

Before you part with your money, think twice.

I've got nothing except heartbreak.

Alex response states that they have sent an email to deal with the problem individually.

I did not receive such an email from the stated individual, therefore this is again another regular useless response with Really no Nothing.
