Company replied promptly and delivered the correct order quickly.
“I got a timely reply, which answered my questions”
Customer feedback on The Bottle Club shows a clear split between positive single-order experiences and repeated operational problems. Positive reports cite prompt dispatch, accurate items and useful responses via social messages. Negative reports commonly describe poor or absent responses to emails and calls, delayed or misdirected deliveries, damaged or incorrect items and issues with refunds. Prospective buyers should check shipping costs before purchase, allow extra lead time for important orders and prefer smaller or test orders until communication and delivery reliability are confirmed.

I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with The Bottle Club. I was in Chicago to visit family when I found out my wife's Sister-in-law was expecting. I went to The Bottle Club the next day and bought a box of Godiva Chocolates, one of my Wife's favorite stores, for her to give to her sister-in-law. When she opened the box she was overjoyed with the gift. You can be sure your gifts will always arrive on time and as fresh as the first day they were made. The Bottle Club guarantees not only freshness but as well as reliability as some gifts need to arrive on specific dates and times.

“I have not yet received my delivery and our originally agreed delivery date is now overdue.”
Gift glasses arrived smashed and offered insufficient refund with poor communication.
“both glasses were smashed and box was a mess.”
