I bought the Norland Scotland Corner Building from Simply Log Cabins and am very pleased with the quality of the timber that was supplied.
The tutorials for the doors and windows are ambiguous.
Following extensive challenge, I unearthed that prefabricated steel segments had been wrongfully fitted.
Since the window lock was installed backward, the lift will not lock.
The roof shingles came with no instructions, which was very frustrating but I was able to find them online first from the manufacturer.
Once your balancing payment has been received, the company's customer service negates.
I had issues with the original delivery date not being logged in their office. When the very first delivery did not arrive, I complained but the company did not respond to any of my emails.
