I am quite unsatisfied with the level of customer support I have received.

Despite the fact that my sneakers were sent in a size that was too small in addition to being the wrong color, the website was user-friendly, leading me to feel that the company cared about their customers' satisfaction.

and I said that I was in desperate need of the shoes on a professional level.

I emailed customer service to inquire about how I might return the sneakers if I lived outside of the United Kingdom, but have not received a response as of this writing.

If I do not receive a response within a short amount of time, I will cancel the payment.

This is plainly unprofessional behavior on the part of the individual.
