Many negative reviews describe orders that did not arrive or turned up very late. Numerous customers say refunds were slow or only resolved through bank chargebacks. A smaller group reports quick dispatch and correct delivery.
Few reviews address price directly. When customers receive their items, they often call them well made and suitable as gifts. Value complaints focus on money lost through non-delivery rather than the product price.
Sentiment is split between very happy and very unhappy customers. Positive reviews mention easy sizing returns, lots of compliments, and repeat purchases. Negative accounts describe missed occasions such as Valentine’s or Christmas and escalations to card disputes.
Multiple reviews praise the craftsmanship, gemstone colour, and presentation of items such as emerald, aquamarine, and opal necklaces. A smaller set reports faults, including plating wearing away and a stone falling out. Packaging and gift presentation are repeatedly mentioned in positive terms.
Several customers say they only received automated or pre-written replies and could not reach phone support. Updates about supply issues are described as rare or unclear. A few reviews highlight helpful staff and guided support during purchase.
Feedback falls into two clear camps: smooth fulfilment paired with praised products, and ongoing delivery or refund issues with weak support. Repeated low ratings point to a lack of accountability and transparency. Positive reviews highlight jewellery quality and on-time delivery.

I bought my gold wedding rings from Ruby and Oscar Company. I used to think that buying a gold ring will be difficult but the staff are well-trained and guides us every step of purchase. I am so happy that even if the value of the ring fell, I can still sell it in the gold market for a good price. The staff offered me to buy an insurance for my ring to protect its value at any time in case I want to sell it for any reason. But of course, it turned out easier than what I thought because the value of the ring has gone up over time. Great experience!
