Many reviews describe quick refunds and helpful staff who sort problems out fast. Another set of comments mentions refunds not being processed, repeated wrong items, and returns that never get resolved. Both kinds of service experiences show up again and again.
Numerous reviewers point to competitive prices and good value on boots and trainers. A recurring negative theme is unexpected customs VAT and shipping fees that pushed up the total cost. Praise for pricing and complaints about extra charges appear side by side.
Customers often say ordering is quick and delivery arrives fast, making the purchase feel straightforward. Several reviews mention unclear sizing advice or the wrong size being sent, leading to returns. Returns play out differently across reviews, with some getting fast refunds and others waiting with no reply.
Many reviewers praise the build quality, true-to-size fit, and tough leather on boots. Others report issues such as bad stitching, shoes that feel too stiff or narrow, and one claim of suspected counterfeit goods. Positive quality feedback is common, but product faults come up in multiple complaints.
A large group highlights clear email updates and tracking that stays accurate through delivery. Another group says customer service can’t be reached, emails bounce, and calls go unanswered. Several reviews also state the seller didn’t disclose where the item was coming from, leading to surprise import charges.
Reviews split sharply between five-star stories of fast, correct orders and one-star accounts of non-delivery, refunds not paid, and hidden fees. Positive comments focus on speed, price, and packaging. Negative ones centre on delivery problems, broken communication, and unexpected charges.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
I am a teacher of the Alexander Technique and am required to wear black shoes at work. I ordered 2 Bedwin Rubbersole OG sneaker from Rubber Sole online store. They were very stiff and uncomfortable. I am aware that new shoes need to be broken in but these were uncomfortable from the start. They were so bad that I could not wear them at work so I returned them. I had to pay £4.99 for return postage on top of the cost of the shoes themselves, which was very disappointing given the price of the shoes!
I don’t recommend it.
