What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Reviewers often praise staff for personal help, sizing guidance, and organising exchanges or replacements. Several comments mention a named employee who helped speed up dispatch. A smaller set of reviews describes major service problems tied to stock mistakes and disputed faults.

💰

Value for money

Many reviewers point to competitive prices, sales, and good value for what they bought. They often connect value with product quality and quick delivery. No repeated price complaints appear in the dataset.

User experience

Customers say the website is easy to use and that sizing charts helped them order the right fit online. In-store visits included fittings, trials, and assembly for larger items. Several reviews link the smooth buying experience to both site usability and hands-on support.

🔧

Product quality

Most reviewers say items arrived in good condition and matched expectations for build and fit. Some highlight durability and accurate sizing for specific products. A few isolated accounts mention a faulty wheel and other defects that reviewers say were not resolved to their satisfaction.

📞

Communication

Several reviewers mention fast, clear replies by email and phone that answered questions and confirmed delivery timing. Some note proactive updates about delays or stock problems. A few complaints describe weak or missing communication when orders fell through because of stock errors.

Overall experience

Most reviews describe a very positive experience, driven by helpful staff, correct sizing, and delivery that is usually on time. A smaller group of low-scoring reviews focuses on stock errors, delivery delays, and product faults left unresolved. That split creates a clear gap between the many five-star experiences and the few one-star complaints.

Eric Laxcom 4/5

I am writing this review on my experience with Ripped Knees Company. The delivery of the skateboards was speedy and super effective. I bought Arbor Artist Fish Cruiser Skateboard and it works really well. Its maneuverability can be compared to a true skateboard due to the standard kingpin trucks, wheels and polyurethane bushings used making the weight lighter for easier control and handling. The speed test is also good due to its light weight making it easy to handle. Through my own personal experience I recommend the Ripped Knees Company to everyone who loves skating too. And, I also wish everyone to have a taste of this skaters’ epc performance!
