In spite of Ann's efforts, I am quite dissatisfied with your firm because your website does not accept euros as a form of payment, and you charged me initially and then informed me that I had to pay again.

I had to pay additional taxes on my order because it was shipped to Europe. Although you advertise free shipping, you fail to specify that additional taxes must be paid by the customer. As a result, you deduct money from my account and then inform me that you have deducted money for taxes as well.

I'm utterly heartbroken by this.

In any event, I must say that your dispatcher was an expert in his field and did an excellent job.

I like your clothes, but I will never buy from you again.
