Am not the kind that jumps on things without a research. So I did my research and from the information available on their website I had confidence in their products and the prices were competitive. I also contacted the customer care, inquired about the products and placed the order. I first ordered Hydrabio h20 micellar cleansing water for dehydrated skin and Atoderm pp baume body balm for dry and sensitive skin. I was eager to present the package to my mum, but it was never delivered as agreed. There were some delays and after two days , I contacted them. The lady on the phone was very apologetic for the delay, she said they ought to have communicated. She asked me to be patient for two more days and true to her word, the delivery guys came after the two days. So far the products are working magic on mum's skin.
