I was looking forward to this product, but it turned out to be a waste of money.

The cloth is really thin and feels/looks like a cotton pillow case that you can get for a quarter of the price from a craft store.

I ordered the King Size, which is likewise not the size I anticipated.

I measured my mattress according to the directions, and this item barely covers my king-sized bed.

When I contacted the seller, they told me there was nothing they could do. I'd also like to mention that she was unpleasant and unprofessional.

When I asked for a refund, she informed me I had to ship it back myself.

I emailed the company to request a refund, but they denied, claiming that it was my fault and that they couldn't help me.
