What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Many reviews mention fast fulfilment and on-time delivery. Another clear group describes very long delays that missed key occasions and took repeated chasing. Click-and-collect usually ran smoothly, though a few orders had fulfilment mistakes.

💰

Value for money

Reviewers often say the items were worth the money. Some note prices run higher than certain competitors, but they accept it to get particular products. Only a few reviews focus mainly on poor value.

User experience

Customers say the website is easy to browse and use for customisation. Many describe click-and-collect and online checkout as straightforward. A noticeable set of comments points to online stock information being wrong.

🔧

Product quality

Many customers praise the condition on arrival, the packaging, and the quality they expected. A repeated negative theme mentions items arriving damaged or dented, being faulty, or parts failing soon after use. Some customers returned products or asked for replacements after damage.

📞

Communication

Some reviews praise clear order updates and helpful responses for pre-orders. A substantial group reports customer service not replying, refunds getting stuck, and questions going unanswered. A smaller number mention welcoming, professional staff in-store.

Overall experience

Positive reviews often pair quick delivery with easy ordering and products that met expectations. Negative reviews focus on issues that stayed unresolved, including missing orders, poor communication, and slow refunds. Feedback shows a sharp split between smooth purchases and cases that needed escalation.

Amerleen 4/5

I originally placed an order in Menkind for key rings as christmas presents and had over £100 on my gift card. What first attracted me to Menkind's products was the initial bright description at the top of their website, it was well written and funny, I would sometimes return just to read it again. When I went to purchase my products I was informed that there was a minimum order of 4 keyrings or key fobs so I chose to buy 2 key fobs and wait for other 2 to arrive later on, this left me with a gift card balance of £105. When the 2nd (and last) arrived they had printed on one side 'Menkind' which didn't make it very useful for a gift. So after a quick email with no reply I wrote them on facebook explaining why i was not happy with my goods, again no reply so i posted on their wall about how unhappy i was and got no response from there either. After this I assumed they must be lacking in customer service staff as there seems to be no point trying to contact them again. Since then i have never used them again and even though everything is cheaper than some other premium brands I do not recommend them as you will get better service elsewhere.
