“Sneaky scam! I bought one item and they automatically signed me up for a membership”
Many reviewers praise Luxplus for low prices and fast delivery on one-off orders. Many others report unexpected monthly membership fees and say it was hard to stop the charges or get money back. Several shoppers say orders never arrived, and refunds were slow or only came after long disputes. A smaller group mentions clearly shown trial terms and quick replacements for items damaged in transit.

“Sneaky scam! I bought one item and they automatically signed me up for a membership”

“Bought 6 items in January, they where for my mum, they never arrived”
Consistently low prices and speedy delivery reported.

“luxplus sorted replacements almost instantly when I messaged”
Many reviews describe recurring membership fees taken without permission, with repeated attempts to charge £/€8.95–8.99. Customers also report orders not arriving, followed by slow refunds or cases that never got resolved. A smaller number say support fixed issues quickly and sent replacement items soon after they got in touch.
Several shoppers say prices are much lower than local UK retailers and praise discounts on branded products. When people describe good value, they often link it to fast delivery as well. Others say any savings disappear once unexpected membership fees are taken without clear consent.
Some customers say the website shows trial terms clearly and that cancelling is straightforward. Others describe unclear timing or automatic sign-up that led to one or several months of unwanted charges. Some users add that closing the account was easy once they found the option.
Many buyers say items arrived in good condition and were what they expected. A smaller set mention faults, wrong items being sent, and one safety-related complaint about a product causing harm. Comments on durability or performance show up less often than delivery and billing problems.
Many reviewers complain about automated chatbot replies and slow follow-up from a person when arguing over billing or delivery. Some customers, though, mention clear updates about customs delays or quick responses that settled damaged-item claims. Positive communication appears, but less often than complaints about automated support.
Reviews split sharply between high satisfaction with pricing and delivery and low ratings tied to alleged unauthorised subscriptions and refunds that didn’t get resolved. Many negative stories focus more on billing and closing accounts than on the product range. That contrast shows up repeatedly across ratings.

I have been with Luxplus for a few years now and I really like the look of their products. I was looking for a nice concelear that would cover my blemishes and look natural, so I purchased Pro Longwear Concealer in NC 20. Even though it's called Pro Longwear it didn't last as long as i expected, and when wearing it under my eyes, it creases quite easily even with powder foundation underneath. Overall it isn't a bad product but certainly not long lasting as they claim. I recommend the store for everyone who wants to purchase but you have to be careful to choose the right commodity.
